The taverna has a large sheltered dining terrace right beside Livadi beach, just across the road from the restaurant building
We travelled to Astipalea early in the season, and we saw only a few other tourists while we were out and about exploring Astipalea. We had Astropelos almost all to ourselves both times we ate there — only two other tables were occupied each evening.
